To train medical leaders with an ethical sense and committed to society, with comprehensive and relevant knowledge to propose primary health care strategies that achieve the prevention and comprehensive management of the most common health conditions at the regional and global level in an ethical and interdisciplinary manner, considering environmental health.

  • Integrate diagnoses and apply treatments to the pathologies of higher prevalence in the various age groups, through the up-to-date biomedical knowledge and medicine based on evidence, to ensure safe, dignified and efficient, with responsibility, social commitment and collaboration interdisciplinary.
  • Implement health promotion and education actions, early detection, as well as prevention of diseases, through the application of Primary Health Care (PHC) strategies, to improve the quality of life of different population groups and the conservation of the environment, with professional ethics and sustainable responsibility.
  • Evaluate emergency medical and surgical situations, through the clinical reasoning that allows you to prioritize care and apply systematized procedures within its competence, with the purpose of providing resuscitation, stabilization and follow-up of the patient with the efficient use of resources, under the precepts bioethics, tolerance, the value of life and respecting individuality.
  • Establish optimal communication processes with the patient and their through the application of skills and aptitudes not clinics, to provide quality medical care and warmth, with humility, kindness, patience, and legal responsibility.
  • In addition, you must demonstrate English proficiency at A2 level.
