Whoever graduates from the Bachelor of Educational Sciences educational program may work as:
Public sector:
- Teaching at different educational levels, subjects and training modalities (face-to-face, blended and online)
- Official, analyst or operative in management, leadership or educational administration tasks
- Design and execution of research to identify educational problems of short and medium-term care
- Design and development of training programs in government agencies
- Design of training proposals for inclusive education and personalization of learning
- Design and execution of programs to support students

- Coordination of accreditation and quality assurance processes
Private sector:
- Teaching at different educational levels, subjects and training modalities (face-to-face, blended and online)

Provide theoretical-methodological tools for the development of educational proposals in the areas of formal, non-formal and community education, which contribute to the comprehensive training of people and the construction of a more just, equitable and inclusive society.

Provide the theoretical, methodological and instrumental references of curricular management, so that it is possible to ensure coherence between the design of study plans and programs, their implementation in educational spaces and the construction of learning by of the students.

Provide theoretical, epistemological and methodological references that allow the design and implementation of educational research, in order to promote the contributions of scientific knowledge in the approach, analysis and explanation of educational problems or phenomena.

Provide theoretical, methodological, philosophical and normative tools concerning the fields of politics, administration and educational leadership, in order to contribute to the development of new cultures of management and leadership in different educational areas and modalities that lead to the evolution of practices and interpersonal, intrapersonal and institutional policies.

Provide theoretical and methodological references for the design, application and evaluation of learning situations mediated by technology that contribute to the transformation of teaching and learning processes in various educational modalities.

- Design, implement and evaluate conventional study plans and programs unconventional, considering theoretical, methodological and references regulations to which curricular management refers, with the purpose of raising the quality of training processes in public sector institutions and private with a critical and responsible attitude.
- Develop intervention processes in organizations related to formal and non-formal education that allows the development of studies, plans, programs, projects and strategies with the purpose of contributing to the attention to problems and policies of educational administration and management in the public and private sectors, with synergistic, committed participation and ethics.
- Design, manage and evaluate innovative educational strategies to address the challenges of quality, equity and inclusion in formal and non-formal settings, with based on the theoretical-methodological foundations of the field of pedagogy, with respect for diversity.
- Design and implement educational research that allows raising, analyze and explain problems that address the needs of the field educational in a 102 international, national, regional and local context from theoretical and methodological references, with critical thinking, rigor scientific and ethical commitment to society and the profession.
- Design, apply and evaluate learning situations mediated by technology educational, based on the epistemological and pedagogical assumptions in which this discipline is based to transform the teaching and learning processes in various educational environments, with an innovative, objective attitude critical and responsible.
- In addition, you must demonstrate English proficiency at A2 level.
